Mansards like this are fairly frequent- roofing shingles on a "cap" perched atop the front of a building. This one is located near reader Bridgett I believe.
How do you feel about mansard roofs that are only one room deep and then mask a flat roof? (like the third floor is only one room deep but the rest of the building if three of four)?
