Hey, that house is across from my house! I love it; red brick needs a little shake-up now and then.
Chris--You have D.C. cred--why are MOST of DC's brick structures painted?
You know, I'm not sure where that started. I think it might be that the brick wasn't as high quality as St. Louis brick, so it's painted to hide all the stains and deterioration.
Not bad, but I know some of you brick purists will hate the paint.
