Mansard bleu

This is kind of a reverse screwed up mansard.  Usually the building itself is good and the roof is bad.  I love what happened here:  the mansard looks great, but the building is goofy.  In Kirkwood on Monroe near Kirkwood Road.

Here's a mansard in Clayton.  Sorry for the poor angle.  This mansard is by my accountant's office.  When I leave the accountant I tend to be dizzy, emotional and nauseated and thus my camera skills are subpar.  

I think this mansard is neither bad nor good.  I deem it a neutral mansard.
